All About Me

Hi there! I'm Irene Dias, a passionate food enthusiast with a deep-rooted love for culinary arts. My journey began with a fervent curiosity about the science behind food and nutrition, leading me to pursue a comprehensive study background in the field. Armed with a solid understanding of the impact of food on health and well-being, I embarked on a mission to share my knowledge and passion with others.

Driven by my entrepreneurial spirit, I ventured into the realm of culinary entrepreneurship, Since 2017 I've been running my own business, where I wear multiple hats. 

One of my favorite roles is conducting workshops where I share the secrets behind some of the world's most beloved cuisines. From the soul-warming flavors of authentic Goan dishes to the aromatic spices of Indian cuisine, from the comforting classics of Italian fare to the fusion delights of Indo-Chinese cooking and many more , I love introducing people to the diverse and delicious world of food.

As a proud Goan and an active member of the local communities, I’ve dedicated myself to attending most of the local cultural heritage events and feasts. For me, these events are more than just gatherings – they’re celebrations of our rich heritage, traditions and values. Whether it’s the vibrant music and dance performances, the mouthwatering array of traditional dishes, or the warm camaraderie shared among fellow Goans, each event is a testament to the unique essence of our culture. Through these events, we come together to celebrate out shared identity, strengthen our bonds, and create lasting memories that will continue to uplift spirits for years to come.

But that's not all. In addition to my other endeavors, I also operate a cozy home kitchen where I have the pleasure of whipping up authentic Goan delicacies for all my wonderful customers. Stepping into my kitchen is like stepping into a piece of Goa itself—vibrant, warm, and brimming with the scents of spices and flavors.

Each dish prepared is a labor of love, crafted with meticulous attention to detail and a deep respect for the culinary traditions of my heritage. From the fiery Pork Vindaloos to the succulent Beef curries. Every recipe is an homage to the rich tapestry of Goan cuisine. I take pride in sourcing the freshest local ingredients, infusing each dish with the essence of Goa's coastal landscape and cultural diversity. Whether it's the tang of tamarind in a fish curry or the aroma of vinegar in a sorpotel, striving  to evoke the true essence of Goan flavors in every bite.

My aim is to create an experience – a journey through the sight, smells, and tastes of Goa that leaves my customers with memories to cherish.
